Claims (1)
- 吸気口と排気口との間に、高速回転する動翼と
静止状態にある静翼とを多段に組み合わせて翼列
を構成し、この翼列により、上記吸気口から吸気
した気体を上記排気口へ移送する間に大気圧付近
まで圧縮する真空ポンプにおいて、前記吸気口に
最も近い静翼と前記翼列の周りに位置するケーシ
ングとの間の軸方向間隙に弾性変形可能な弾性体
とガスケツトとを介装したことを特徴とする真空
ポンプ。
