御装置、７……走行方向検出手段、８……位置検

Claims (1)
- 搬送路に沿つて、複数設けれらた固定子鉄心お
よび固定子コイルとから成る固定子と、この固定
子から推力を受ける２次導体を有しこの推力によ
つて、前記搬送路を走行する移動体と、この移動
体の走行速度を検出する速度センサとを備えたも
のにおいて、停電が起つた場合前記速度センサに
よる検出速度に基づいて、その検出速度と基準値
とを比較する速度比較手段と、前記検出速度に基
づいて惰性走行距離を検出する到達距離検出手段
と、この到達距離検出手段による到達距離と基準
距離とを比較し最適なる停止位置を決めストツパ
ーを駆動させる停止装置制御手段とを設けたこと
を特徴とするリニア搬送システム。
