Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 小分け押出容器入りソフトクリーム状食品を
    喫食用容器内へ押し出すための装置であつて、該
    装置は、押出容器入りソフトクリーム状食品を保
    持する孔付水平台と、該水平台の上方に位置する
    押圧部材と、該水平台の下方に位置する喫食容器
    保持台とを備え、前記水平台と押圧部材は、両者
    の鉛直方向に沿う相対的接近運動により圧縮され
    た押出容器から押し出されたソフトクリーム状食
    品を前記喫食容器保持台上に載せられた喫食容器
    内へ押し出すように構成されていることを特徴と
    するソフトクリーム状食品用サーバー。 ２ 押圧部材が、下方の固定された水平台に向け
    下降して該台上の押出容器を押圧する請求項１記
    載のサーバー。 ３ 喫食容器保持用台が、押出の進行につれ漸次
    水平台から垂直方向に沿つて下降するように構成
    されている請求項１又は２記載のサーバー。 ４ 押圧部材の垂直運動が、カムにより行われる
    請求項２記載のサーバー。 ５ 喫食容器が、該容器内の内容物の押出軸に対
    し偏心的に回動しうる請求項１又は３記載のサー
    バー。
