Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
発明の背景 本発明は、ヘアケアおよびヘアケア配合物など
の化粧品に使用する増粘剤および発泡増進剤に関
する。 ベタインは、シヤンプーおよび石けんなどのヘ
アケアおよびスキンケア配合物中で増粘剤および
発泡増進剤として一般に知られている。このよう
な知られているベタインの例はミラタイン
RODMB−35であり、これはジメチル−オレイ
ルアミンから誘導されるオレイルベタインであ
る。このベタインは良好な増粘性を有するが、ゲ
ルであるため取扱いが困難である。本発明の目的
は、特定のベタイン組成物を用いることにより増
粘性および発泡増進性を保持しつつこのような取
扱い困難性を避けることである。 発明の要旨および好ましい態様の記述 本発明はココアミドプロピルベタインとオレア
ミドプロピルベタインとの混合物に関し、これら
は増粘性および発泡増進性を有し、かつヘアケア
およびスキンケア製品などの化粧品配合物中で慣
用的に使用されている成分と組合わせて必要な粘
性を維持する。 本発明の一観点において、ココアミドプロピル
ベタイン（CB）とオレアミドプロピルベタイン
（OB）とをCBとOBの比約１：４ないし約３：２
で組合わせる。３：２より高い比では、混合物は
ゲルになる傾向があり溶解するのが困難となる。 他の観点において、CBとOBとの混合物は、慣
用のヘアケアおよびスキンケア配合物、例えばシ
ヤンプーおよび石けん、特に軟石けんなどの化粧
品配合物中に含入される。 本発明のさらに他の観点において、CBとOBと
の混合物は、ジヨジヨバオイル、甘味性扁桃油お
よびビタミンＥなどの豊富な軟化剤を含む化粧品
配合物中に含まれる。本発明のCB／OB混合物
は、配合物の粘性に有害な影響を与えることなく
このような軟化剤を大量に含むことができる。 一般に、従来の配合物は約0.1％のジヨジヨバ
オイルを含んでいる。ベタイン類の本混合物は効
率的に約0.5％以下のジヨジヨバオイルをエマル
ジヨン化する。 本発明のCB／OB混合物は一般に、全化粧品組
成物に基づき約５ないし30重量％の量で存在す
る。シヤンプーおよび液体石けんは一般に５ない
し10重量％含み、浴用ゲルは一般に約10ないし30
重量％のCB／OB混合物を含む。 化粧品配合物は適当な化粧品担体を含む。担体
の組成は、最終組成物が意図される目的に依存す
る。こうして、組成物がシヤンプー、石けん等と
して使用されるか否かに依存して種々の担体を使
用できるであろう。これらの担体は当業界で知ら
れているものである。これらの担体は、ラウリル
硫酸ナトリウム、ラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウ
ム、ラウリルサルコシンナトリウム、ラウロアン
ホカルボキシルグリシネートまたはココアンホカ
ルボキシグリシネートなどの表面活性剤；グリコ
ールおよびプロピレングリコールなどの溶媒；た
ん白質；くえん酸；着色剤；防腐剤；芳香剤；鉱
油；塩化ナトリウム、PEG6000システアリン酸
塩、PEG80ソルビタンラウレート、ココアミド
DEA、ラウリルアミドDEA、またはヒドロキシ
プロピルメチルセルロースなどの増粘剤；ビタミ
ン；シリコーン；ラノリン、イソプロピルパルミ
テート、イソプロピルミリステートまたはペテロ
ラタムなどの軟化剤；およびカラギーナン、カー
ボマー（carbomer）、またはコカミドプロピルヒ
ドロキシスルテエインなどの粘度上昇剤；を含ん
でもよい。 以下の実施例は本発明を説明するためにあるの
であり、本発明の範囲を制限することは意図して
いない。 実施例 CBとOBを１：１の割合で含む本発明の混合物
を配合物Ｂ中で使用して以下のシヤンプー配合物
を製造した。この配合物Ｂは、本発明の範囲外に
ある配合物ＡおよびＣと比較される。各配合物の
PHを7.0に調整した。変性ミラノールR2MCASは
ラウリルスルフエートとココイミダゾリンのジカ
ルボキシメチル化誘導体のラウレス−３スルフエ
ート塩との混合物である。

【表】 粘度の結果は、CB／OBがココアミドプロピル
ベタインよりも良好な増粘効果を与えることを示
している。ココアミドプロピルベタインとCB／
OBは発泡増進性については等価であることがわ
かつた。 実施例 以下の石けん配合物中のセデパルTD404Mは、
トリデシルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム（３モルのエ
チレンオキサイド）である。

ーの評価と同様の結果が観察された。 こうしてこの結果は、粘度特性の最良の増加は
CB／OBで得られることを示している。 実施例 この実施例は、CB／OBを１：１の割合で使用
するとき0.2％ジヨジヨバオイルの効果的な含入
を示している。ココアミドプロピルベタイン
（CB）単独もまたこのオイルの効果的な含入を可
能とするが、不満足な粘度の配合物となる。 ミラノールC2MN.Pはカルボキシメチル化２−
ココイル−１−ヒドロキシエチル−４，５−ジヒ
ドロイミダゾリン誘導体のジナトリウム塩であ
る。名称CTFAはココアンホカルボキシグリシネ
ートである。

物よりも高い粘度を有していた。

【表】 手順：均一になるまで成分を攪拌しながら70℃
に混合、加熱。40℃でクエン酸でPHを6.2に合わ
せる。組 成 粘 性1 Ａ 50cp Ｂ 41500cp (1) ブロツクフイールドLVT，＃４軸、
12rppm，１分 本発明の成分を含有する組成物の粘性はすべて
の場合においてより高く、しばしば比較組成物よ
り実質的極めてに高かつた。 請求の範囲に特定される各々のベタインを成分
として含有する組成物に対する本発明の組成物の
比較を行つた。組成物の組成および粘性を以下に
示す。

【表】 手順：水を予め80℃に加熱し、セルロシーズ
QP4400を加え、均一になるまで攪拌する。を
加え次にを加える。均一になるまで攪拌を続け
る。 ※CTFA名称組成物 外 観 Ａ 透 明 Ｂ 透 明 Ｃ かすかな濁り（３時間後に分離） Ｄ 透 明 評価：４種の組成物を、別々にきれいな、漂白
した髪見本にかけ、（シヤンプーとして使用し）
櫛で梳き、水で濯ぎ再度櫛で梳くことにより別個
に適用した。以下のパラメーターについて評価し
た；濡れた髪の仕上がり、乾いた髪の仕上がり、
コンデイシヨニング効果、髪のボリユーム、およ
び使用後の感触。盲実験において４人のうちの３
人が組成物Ａがすべての達成度について他よりも
優れていると評価した。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ ココアミドプロピルベタインとオレアミドプ
    ロピルベタインとを約１：４ないし約３：２の割
    合で含む混合物からなる化粧品配合用の組成物。 ２ ココアミドプロピルベタインとオレアミドプ
    ロピルベタインとの割合が１：１である、特許請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の組成物。 ３ 適当な化粧品担体およびココアミドプロピル
    ベタインとオレアミドプロピルベタインとの混合
    物からなる、化粧品組成物。 ４ ココアミドプロピルベタインとオレアミドプ
    ロピルベタインとの割合が約１：４ないし約３：
    ２である、特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の化粧品
    組成物。 ５ 軟化剤を含む、特許請求の範囲第３項または
    第４項に記載の化粧品組成物。 ６ 前記軟化剤はジヨジヨバオイルまたは甘味性
    扁桃油である、特許請求の範囲第５項に記載の化
    粧品組成物。 ７ 前記化粧品担体がヘアケア配合物に適してい
    る、特許請求の範囲第３項または第４項に記載の
    化粧品組成物。 ３ ココアミドプロピルベタインとオレアミドプ
    ロピルベタインとの前記混合物は全組成物の約５
    ないし30重量％の量で存在する、特許請求の範囲
    第５項に記載の化粧品組成物。 ９ 前記化粧品担体がスキンケア組成物に適して
    いる、特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の化粧品組成
    物。
