  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 操向ハンドルの近傍に、操縦者の手の指で操作
    して、押圧すると車両のスピードが増し、押圧を
    解除すると車両の走行を停止するアクセルレバー
    を具備する電動車において、 上記アクセルレバーの、押圧すると車両のスピ
    ードが増して最大限に達する位置に、アクセルレ
    バーを所定圧以上の圧力で押圧したときにのみ作
    動するプランジヤまたはスプリングを設けると共
    に、このプランジヤまたはスプリングが作動した
    ときに作動して、車両走行用モータの電気回路を
    遮断するようにしたスイツチを設けたことを特徴
    とする電動車におけるアクセル安全装置。
