Claims (11)
- 1.破傷風トキシンの成熟フラグメントCをコードする発現ベクター。
- 2.フラグメントCは、図4に示したアミノ酸配列を有するか、または図4に示 したアミノ酸配列と90%を越えるホモロジーをもつアミノ酸配列を有する「請 求項1」記載の発現ベクター。
- 3.フラグメントCのアミノ酸配列は、図4に示したアミノ酸配列と95%を越 えるホモロジーを有する「請求項2」記載の発現ベクター。
- 4.アミノ酸配列は、図4に示したアミノ酸配列と98%を越えるホモロジーを 有する「請求項3」記載の発現ベクター。
- 5.「請求項1〜4」のいずれかに記載の発現ベクターで形質転換された大腸菌 。
- 6.「請求項1〜4」のいずれかに記載の発現ベクターで形質転換された大腸菌 HB101、DH1またはMM294。
- 7.「請求項5および6」のいずれかに記載の大腸菌を培養し、蛋白質を回収す る破傷風トキシンの成熟フラグメントCの製造方法。
- 8.「請求項8」に記載の方法によって製造された破傷風トキシンの成熟フラグ メントCと医薬的に許容される担体からなる破傷風に対する免疫を付与するため のワクチン。
- 9.「請求項8」に記載の方法によって製造された破傷風トキシンの成熟フラグ メントCの医薬としての使用。
- 10.「請求項8」に記載の方法によって製造された破傷風トキシンの成熟フラ グメントCの、破傷風に対する免疫を付与するためのワクチンの製造における使 用。
- 11.「請求項8」に記載のワクチンの有効量を投与するヒトに破傷風に対する 免疫を付与する方法。
