Claims (9)
- 1.軸、例えば回転軸の調整方法において、軸に調整センサを設け、その際内部 で周期的に絶対信号発生を行う位置測定装置を介して、軸上の機械的零点マーク に到達し、そのマーク地点にて絶対的位置値を読み出し、軸制御部へ読み込み、 そこから軸制御部にて、調整センサの所望の調整位置までの距離を計算し、その 後当該位置へ軸と共に到達し、調整センサを調整する、ことを特徴とする軸の調 整方法。
- 2.調整センサの調整位置を、位置測定装置の選択可能なセンササイクルの中央 に配置する請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.増分位置測定装置を、軸の機械的零点マークへ到達する前に、周期的な絶対 指示に基づいて基準化する請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 4.調整位置に軸を手動で動かすことにより到達し、その際軸制御部により残余 距離を計算し、光学的に指示する請求項1から3までのいずれか1記載の方法。
- 5.軸を軸制御部により自動的に調整位置にもたらす請求項1から3までのいず れか1記載の方法。
- 6.軸(2)に調整センサ(4)が調整可能に配置されており、該調整センサが 軸制御部(16)と接続されており、軸(2)に、内部で周期的に絶対信号発生 を行う位置測定装置(1)が配置されており、同様に軸制御部(16)と接続さ れている請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- 7.軸(2)はリミットスイッチ駆動装置(6)を有しており、当該駆動部の最 終段(7)に調整センサ(4)が配置されている請求項6記載の装置。
- 8.位置測定装置(1)は増分位置センサまたは周期的絶対位置センサを有して いる請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 9.軸制御部(16)は増分位置値に対する指示器(17)を有している請求項 6から8までのいずれか1記載の装置。
