Claims (4)
- 1.磁気ヘッドのコンパクトマトリクス構造を持つ多重トラック記録磁気ヘッド であって、 磁性材でできている支持基板の上にもうけられる磁性材でできたパッドの行列と 、 パッドの間の空間に行列形に配置され、非磁性材でおおわれている電気伝導体と を有し、 各マイクロヘッドは基板の一部により結合する2つの隣接するパッドによる磁気 回路と、これら2つのパッドの各々の表面の少なくとも一部に形成される高透磁 率材による極とを有し、該極は2つのパッドの中間部で非磁性材の上でギャップ 部分で相互に向い合っている磁気ヘッドにおいて、 このヘッドは、各々の磁気パッド(4から8、13から15、18から20、2 9から32、43から47、48から52)が4つの隣接するマイクロヘッド( 9A−12A,16と17,25から28)の磁気回路に関連することを特徴と するコンパクトマトリクス構造を持つ多重トラック記録磁気ヘッド。
- 2.請求項1の磁気ヘッドにおいて、パッドが導線(図2、図8、図9)のマト リクスに関してさいころの五の目形に配置されていることを特徴とするコンパク トマトリクス構造を持つ多重トラック記録磁気ヘッド。
- 3.請求項1または請求項2のいずれかの磁気ヘッドにおいて、電気伝導体が薄 膜技術によって作られることを特徴とするコンパクトマトリクス構造を持つ多重 トラック記録磁気ヘッド。
- 4.請求項1または請求項2のいずれかの磁気ヘッドが薄膜技術によって作られ ることを特徴とするコンパクトマトリクス構造を持つ多重トラック記録磁気ヘッ ド。
