断面付き側面図である。 １は基台、２は固定盤、３は型締ハウジング、
３ａは孔部、６は固定型、７はタイバー、８は可
動盤、９は可動型、１４は第１ボールねじ、１７
は型締用電動機、２１はスプライン部、２２はサ
ポート板、２３はストツパプレート、３２は第２
ボールねじ、３３は型開閉用電動機である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基台１上に設けられ固定型６を有する固定
    盤２に設けられた複数のタイバー７と、前記各タ
    イバー７を介して摺動自在に設けられ可動型９を
    有する可動盤８とを有し、電動機を介して前記固
    定型６と可動型９の型開閉および型締を行うよう
    にした電動射出形機の型締装置において、 前記可動盤８に回転自在に設けられた第１ボー
    ルナツト１２と、前記可動盤８に設けられ前記第
    １ボールナツト１２を回転させるための型締用電
    動機１７と、前記基台１に設けられ前記可動盤８
    に回転自在に螺合された第２ボールねじ３２と、
    前記第２ボールねじ３２を回転させるための型開
    閉電動機３２とを備え、前記型締用電動機１７と
    型開閉用電動機３３は、互いに独立して設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする電動射出成形機の型締装
    置。 (2) 前記第１ボールナツト１２と螺合する第１
    ボールねじ１４に形成されたスプライン部２１と
    、前記スプライン部２１を保持するための孔部３
    ａを有し前記基台１上に設けられた型締ハウジン
    グ３と、前記孔部３ａの近傍に設けられ前記スプ
    ライン部２１を保持するためのサポート板２２と
    、前記孔部３ａをふさぐために移動自在に設けら
    れたストツパプレート２３とを備え、型締時には
    、前記第１ボールねじ１４が前記ストツパプレー
    ト２３に当接するように構成したことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載の電動射出成形機の型締装置。
