第１図は本考案の一実施例である竪型射出成形
機の一例を示す正面要部断面図であり、第２図は
その要部拡大断面図であり、第３図は第１図の
―断面一部切欠図である。第４図は、第１図の
成形機における係合部材を示す平面図であり、第
５図はその―断面図である。第６図は、第１
図の成形機の各対応する係合溝と保持溝とが型締
め状態において形成する空所と、係合部材の係合
部との断面寸法の関係を説明するための断面説明
図である。第７図および第８図は、それぞれ第１
図の成形機における係合部材の抜け出しを防止す
るためのストツパプレートおよびロツク機構を示
す断面説明図である。 １０：上定盤（固定盤）、１２：ベース、１６
：可動盤、１８：シリンダ、２０：上熱盤、２２
：下熱盤、２４：上型、２６：下型、３０：射出
ユニツト、５０：第一の係合溝、５２：第二の係
合溝、５４：第一の保持部材、５６：第一の保持

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 位置固定の固定盤と、該固定盤に対して上
    下方向において近接移動せしめられる可動盤との
    間に、所定の上型および下型を少なくとも配設し
    て、該上型と該下型にて所定の成形を行うように
    した竪型成形機において、 前記上型の対応する両側部にそれぞれ略水平方
    向に延びる係合溝を形成する一方、該上型が配設
    される前記固定盤または可動盤の、該係合溝が設
    けられた側の部位にそれぞれ位置して、保持溝を
    備えた保持部材を位置固定に設け、且つそれら係
    合溝と保持溝とに跨がつて所定の係合部材を嵌挿
    せしめて、該係合部材を介して、前記上型が前記
    保持部材に保持せしめられるようにしたことを特
    徴とする竪型成形機。 (2) 前記上型が所定の熱盤を介して前記固定盤
    または前記可動盤に取り付けられるようになつて
    おり、前記係合溝が該上型および／または該熱盤
    の対応する両側部にそれぞれ形成される一方、前
    記保持溝を備えた保持部材が、該上型が配設され
    る前記固定盤または可動盤の、該係合溝が設けら
    れた側の部位にそれぞれ位置して位置固定に設け
    られ、且つそれら係合溝と保持溝とに跨がつて所
    定の係合部材が嵌挿せしめられることにより、該
    係合部材を介して、前記上型および／または前記
    熱盤が前記保持部材に保持せしめられるようにな
    つている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の竪
    型成形機。
