Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端に吐出ポートを開口し、他端部に吸引
    ポートを開口したシリンダの内壁に沿つて機密的
    に摺動するピストンから延びるピストンロツドを
    シール機構を介してシリンダから突出してピスト
    ンを介する前記吸引ポートから吐出ポートに向か
    う逆止流通路を形成し、前記シリンダの後端に該
    ピストンロツドを進退駆動する空圧式ピストン駆
    動機構を構成してなる液体ポンプ機構と、前記ピ
    ストンの摺動移動方向と平行に協働する位置検出
    子を構成したピストン位置検出手段と、該ピスト
    ン位置検出手段の出力により前記空圧式ピストン
    駆動機構を反転駆動すると共に、液体送給量を演
    算する圧送量演算回路とからなる流量計測装置付
    き液体ポンプ。 (2) 空圧式ピストン駆動機構が、ピストンロツ
    ドの後端に固設したダイアフラム盤と支承部端盤
    間にベローズを介在して圧室を形成し、該圧室と
    正負圧印加手段を連通した構造になる請求項１記
    載の流量計測装置付き液体ポンプ。 (3) ピストン位置検出手段が、導電性の摺動子
    を検出板表面に平行に貼設した一対の抵抗板間を
    短絡摺動する構成になることを特徴とする請求項
    １記載の流量計測装置付き液体ポンプ。
