電圧の変化を示すグラフ、第３図はこの考案の他
の実施例を示すヒスを有する電圧比較回路の回路
図、第４図は従来のヒスを有する電圧比較回路の
回路図、第５図は第４図の回路における入出力タ
イミングチヤートである。 図中、１〜９はトランジスタ、１１は抵抗、１
８は非反転入力端子、１９は反転入力端子、２０
は出力端子、２１〜２３は定電流源、２４は差動
入力部、２５は差動出力部である。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、又は、相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 二つの電位差を比較し、且つ、ヒスを有する電
    圧比較回路に於いて、ヒス幅生成の手段として、
    差動増幅器の入力トランジスタの電流電圧特性を
    利用し、任意の基準電圧に対しＴ比例のヒス幅を
    持たせたことを特徴とするヒス付き電圧比較回路
    。
