Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ソレノイドの電磁吸引力を利用して弁体を弁座
に接離させ弁の開閉をおこなうもので、ソレノイ
ドのセンタポストと弁座とを対向して配置し、上
記弁体をセンタポストと弁座間に往復動自在に設
けた電磁弁において、 前記センタポストと弁体間に伸縮自在で内部中
空の膜部材を介装すると共に膜部材の中空内部に
ダンパ室を形成し、膜部材の一部にダンパ室の内
部と外部とを連通する連通孔を設けたことを特徴
とする電磁弁。
