- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁体を先端部に有し、流体通路途上のシート部
を開閉するプランジヤと、 コイルへの通電により生じる電磁力によりプラ
ンジヤを開弁方向へ吸引するステータと、 プランジヤとステータとの間に形成されたシリ
ンダ室と、 シリンダ室に軸移動可能に配置され、シリンダ
室をプランジヤ側チヤンバとステータ側チヤンバ
とに区画するピストンと、 流体通路のシート部の上流側とプランジヤ側チ
ヤンバとを連通する連通路と、 プランジヤ側チヤンバに配置され、ピストンと
プランジヤとの間に介在された閉止用スプリング
と、 ステータ側チヤンバに配置され、ピストンとス
テータとの間に介在された調整用スプリングと、
を備えた電磁弁。
