Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本発明は坐剤か成型包装された坐剤成型包装体及び坐剤
用コンテナに関するものである。
「従来の技術」 第３図〜第５図を参照しながら、従来の坐剤成型包装体
及び坐剤用コンテナについて説明する。
第３図のように．坐剤用コンテナｌは二枚の合ＪｉＩｉ
、樹脂製等のシート１０．１１を重ね、両シート１０．
１１の間に充填部１２及びこれに連続して充填口１３を
形成し、その周囲には、先端の開封部１４を除いてギザ
ギザないし波形その他の多数の凹凸を付してヒートシー
ルすることにより、凹凸シール部１５に形成している。
前記坐剤用コンテナｌの充填口１３から充填部１２内に
溶融した坐剤組成物を注入充填し、これを凝固させ、充
填口１３の部分をヒートシールして第４図のような坐剤
成型包装体２を製造する。
「発明が解決しようとする課題」 前述のように、充填部１２の周囲を平滑なシールてなく
凹凸シール部１５に形成するのは、第４図のミシン目１
６から一個の坐剤包装体２を切り離し、開封部１４から
シー）１０．１１を剥離開封するときに剥離をより容易
にするためであるが、このように充填部１２の周囲を凹
凸シール部１５にすると、凹凸によって第４図のように
シール部１５と充填部１２の際である両側部内部が側方
に向は小さなでこぼご状態ないしギザギザ状態の狭い空
間になり、この結果、第５図のように成型された坐剤３
の両側部には微小なバリ３１が形成される。
このパリ３１は外観を損なうのみてなく、程度によって
は挿入時に患部へ刺激を与える場合かあるほか、患部へ
の刺激を与えない程度のものでも視覚的に刺激を受ける
のではないかとの不安感を患者に与えるおそれが大きい
。
本発明の目的は、このような欠点を解消することができ
る坐剤成型包装体及び層剤用コンテナを提供することに
ある。
「課題を解決するための手段」 本発明に係る坐剤成製包装体は、前記の目的を達成する
ため、層剤を充填したコンテナの前記層剤の少なくとも
両側輪郭に沿う部分を狭い幅の平滑なシール部に形成し
、この平滑なシール部に接するシール部分を波形その他
の多数の凹凸を有する凹凸シール部に形成したものであ
る。
また、本発明に係る層剤用コンテナは、充填部の両側に
沿う部分を狭い幅で平滑なシール部に形成し、この平滑
なシール部に接するシール部分を波形その他の多数の凹
凸を有する凹凸シール部に形成したものである。
「作用」 本発明に係る坐剤成型包装体は、層剤の両側輪郭部に沿
う部分か狭い幅の平滑なシール部に形成されているので
、開封により内部の層剤を取り出したとき層剤の側部に
ほとんどパリが生じていない。
本発明に係る層剤用コンテナは、充填部の両側に沿う部
分か狭い幅の平滑なシール部になっているので、充填部
の両側内部が側方に向けてギザギザないしでこぼこ状の
空間にはならない、したがって、常法にしたがって溶融
状態の層剤組成物を充填部に充填して層剤を成型しても
、層剤の側部にパリは生じない。
「実施例」 第１図及び第２図を参照しながら、本発明の好適な実施
例を説明する。
第１図は本発明に係る層剤用コンテナの一例を示す正面
図であり、層剤用コンテナｌは、合成樹脂製等の同形の
シート１０．１１を図示しない金型内で重ね合せて成型
したもので、両シート１Ｏ１１１の中央には充填部１２
が、またこの充填部１２から上縁に通じる状態に充填口
１３がそれぞれ形成されている。
各充填部１２の両側に沿う部分には、充填部１２を囲む
ように幅の狭い平滑なシール部１７が形成され、この平
滑なシール部１７に接するその他の部分には、下方の開
封部１４及び充填部１３の部分を除いてギザギザ状の多
数の凹凸を有する凹凸シール部１５が形成されている。
このコンテナ１の充填口１３より溶融した層剤組成物を
所定量注入充填し、第２図のように、これを凝固させて
第１図の開封部１３の部分をヒートシールしてシール部
１８に形成すると．坐剤成型包装体２が製造される。
連なったものから、ミシン目１６より一つの坐剤成型包
装体２を切り離し、これを開封部１４から開封して内部
の層剤３を取り出したとき、この層剤３の側部には第５
図の層剤３におけるようなパリはほとんどない。
したがって、外観は損なわれないし、挿入時に患部を刺
激したり、あるいは患者に患部を刺激するのではないか
との不安感を与えたりすることはない。
なお、第２図の実施例の坐剤成型包装体２は第１図の実
施例の層剤用コンテナｌを使用したものであるが、本発
明の坐剤成型包装体は、例えば第３図のように充填部１
２の周囲に当該充填部１２の際まで凹凸シール部１５を
形成したコンテナ１を使用し、充填口１３から充填部１
２内に溶融した層剤組成物を充填して凝固させた後、充
填口１３の部分をシールするとともに、内部に形成され
た層剤の側部輪郭に沿い輻狭くヒートして当該部分に形
成されている凹凸を解消することにより、コンテナ１へ
第２図におけると同様な平滑なシール部１７を形成して
も実施することができる。
また、前記平滑なシール部１７は、必ずしも層剤３又は
充填部１２を囲む状態に形成する必要はなく、凹凸シー
ルによりパリが形成されるのは、第５図のように層剤の
先端部を除いた部分においてであるから、コンテナ１内
の層剤３の少なくとも側部輪郭又はコンテナ１の充填部
１２の側部に沿って形成されていれば十分である。
なお、本発明に係る坐剤成型包装体及び層剤用コンテナ
は、前記実施例に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の
範囲内において、適宜他の要素を付加したり重要でない
部分を変更して実施する場合を含むものである。
「発明の効果」 本発明に係る坐剤成型包装体及び層剤用コンテナによれ
ば、層剤の側部輪郭部にパリか目立つ状態に形成される
ことかないのて、外観を損なわないとともに、患部を刺
激したり、あるいは患部を刺激するのではないかとの不
安感を患者に与えることもない。
また、平滑なシール部は幅が狭いので、コンテナを開封
部から開封するときシート相互の剥離を妨げない。

第１図は本発明に係る層剤用コンテナの一例を示す正面
図、第２図は本発明に係る層剤成型包装体の一例を示す
正面図、！ｓ３図は従来の層剤用コンテナの斜視図、第
４図は従来の層剤成型包装体の正面図、第５図は第４図
の層剤成型包装体の中から取り出した坐剤の半裁拡大図
である。 図中符号の説明 ｌは層剤用コンテナ、１０．１１はシート、１２は充填
部、１３は充填口、１４は開封部、１５は凹凸シール部
、１７は平滑なシール部、２は層剤成型包装体、３は坐
剤である。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）．坐剤を充填したコンテナの前記坐剤の少なくと
    も両側輪郭に沿う部分が狭い輻で平滑なシール部に形成
    され、この平滑なシール部に接するシール部分が波形そ
    の他の多数の凹凸を有する凹凸シール部に形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする坐剤成型包装体。
  2. （２）．充填部の両側に沿う部分を狭い輻で平滑なシー
    ル部に形成し、この平滑なシール部に接するシール部分
    を波形その他の多数の凹凸を有する凹凸シール部に形成
    したことを特徴とする坐剤用コンテナ。
