平面図である。第２図は液晶表示パネルに複数の
ＴＡＢパツケージが搭載された状態を示す概略の
平面図である。第３図は第１図に示した出力端子
部の要部拡大図である。第４図ないし第６図は従
来例を示すものである。第４図はＴＡＢパツケー
ジの概略の平面図である。第５図は第４図に示し
た出力端子部の要部拡大図である。第６図は液晶
表示パネルに複数のＴＡＢパツケージが搭載され
た状態を示す概略の平面図である。 １はＴＡＢパツケージ（印刷回路）、２はベー
スフイルム（印刷回路基板）、３はＩＣチツプ（
集積回路）、４はリード（印刷回路配線）、６は
出力端子部である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の印刷配線が形成された印刷回路基板上に
    、印刷配線と接続されて集積回路が搭載され、上
    記の印刷配線の出力側端子部は印刷回路基板の端
    縁部方向に延びて出力端子部を成している印刷回
    路の端子構造において、 上記出力端子部における隣接する印刷配線の端
    部同士は、印刷回路基板の端縁部側の位置と、こ
    の位置よりも集積回路側へ後退した位置とに、交
    互にずれた状態で形成されていることを特徴とす
    る印刷回路の端子構造。
