【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、何んらかの原因で傷害
を受けた人々の機能を回復させる器具に関する。

【従来の技術】年輩の多くの人は、たとえば、脳障害を
受けて、長い間ベッドに居ることになる。長期間ベッド
に居ることは血の循環を悪くする。そのため、このよう
な人は、定常的に動かねばならないし、自分自身で体を
動かす運動をすることは、実際には、困難である。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、傷害を持
つ人々の機能回復を促進する器具を提供することで、従
来技術の不具合を解消させることを解決すべき課題とす
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、前述した課題
を解決するために、いくつかの真直なスタッドと、スタ
ッドの上端に支持された円弧状のクッション部材と、ス
タッドの下端に支持された円弧状のキャスタとブレーキ
付下部材と、クッション部材の円弧部を連結する着脱自
在なカーブ状部材とよりなる身体用の機能回復器を提供
する。

【作用】本装置の使用は、傷害を持つ人々が、他の人の
手助けなしに、血行をよくするための運動を可能にさせ
る。又、本装置は、他の人の助けなしに、ベットやシー
トから身を起こし、歩行等を可能にし、しかも、ドアを
通って室外に出るのも自由である。

【実施例】本発明の一例の機能回復器は、複数個（たと
えば、４個）のスタッド１を有し、このスタッド１は、
金属管からなり、その上端に円弧状（不完全円）のクッ
ション部材２を支持する。クッション部材２がカーブ状
部材３で円形に連結される。カーブ状部材の両端の装置
をクッション部材２の端部の対応装置に連結させること
で、クッション部材２を円形にさせる。たとえば、連結
部材としては、ボルト、バックル、フック、ファスナー
が用いられる。円形のクッション部材２が使用者を支え
且つ手にする部材となる。
【０００７】スタッド１の下端には、円弧状の下部材６
を有し、下部材６はキャスタ７とブレーキを有す。スタ
ッド１から斜めに延出する支持体８が、使用時（スタッ
ドが直立している時）、床に接することなく、不使用時
、図４に示す如く、一時的に床に接して器具を傾けて支
え、使用者に向って倒れることはない。この状態で使用
者が器具の内に入る。
【０００８】本器具には、図１に示す如きアクセサリー
がある。クッション付のシート９は、フック、ボルトや
ファスナーのような結合具１０を有し、この結合具１０
が、図２に示す如く、スタッド１のリング１１に係止さ
れる。使用者がシートに座り、体の他の部分を動かすこ
とを可能にする。
【０００９】フックやファスナー１３付の十字状のシー
ト１２は、座ることも、歩くことも、脚を動かすことも
可能にする。
【００１０】バンド１４をリング１１を通して器具まわ
りに巻くことができる。バンド１４が使用者の体を支え
、歩行も座ることもできる。

【効果】本発明による器具は、上部を完全な円形にして
、スタッドにシートを着脱自在に取付けて、機能回復の
ための運動バリエーションを大とさせる。又、支持体が
器具を完全に立った状態で保管させ、人に倒れることは
ない。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　いくつかの真直なスタッドと、スタッ
    ドの上端に支持された円弧状のクッション部材と、スタ
    ッドの下端に支持された円弧状のキャスタとブレーキ付
    下部材と、クッション部材の円弧部を連結する着脱自在
    なカーブ状部材とよりなる身体用の機能回復器。
  2. 【請求項２】　　スタッドがその下部に傾斜した支持体
    を有し、該支持体が床に一時的休止可能である請求項１
    の機能回復器。
  3. 【請求項３】　　柔軟な四角状のシートを有し、該シー
    トがスタッド側のリング部材に着脱自在な請求項１の機
    能回復器。
  4. 【請求項４】　　柔軟な十字状のシートを有し、該シー
    トがスタッド側のリング部材に着脱自在な請求項１の機
    能回復器。
  5. 【請求項５】　　バンドを有し、該バンドをスタッド側
    のリングに通すことで機能回復器を支える請求項１の機
    能回復器。
