Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発熱部品が搭載された複数枚の並立するプリン
ト基板の冷却構造において、 発熱部品との対向位置に該部品外形よりも若干
大きいサイズの冷却窓を配設した高熱伝導性平板
を構成し、 該平板をプリント基板の部品搭載面側に並設し
て、発熱部品頂部を平板の冷却窓開口面と略同一
平面上に位置せしめ、 平板をプリント基板の所定導体部に固定したこ
とを特徴とするプリント基板の冷却構造。
