Claims (1)
- 電子部品を片面に実装したプリント基板を少な
くとも一方に使用した一対の平行に対向する平板
と、上記平板間に位置し、両平板間距離を一定に
保持するための厚さと上記プリント基板上の電子
部品との干渉を避ける形状並びにサイズを有する
連続的中空部を有し、上記平板に接合された芯材
と、上記平板の外表面に施した熱制御処理とを備
えたことを特徴とする回路モジユール。
