Claims (1)
- 回路基板の所定位置に形成した貫通孔に回路部
品を挿入して収納し、挿入した回路部品と回路基
板の少なくとも片面に形成された回路パターンと
を導電接続して成る電子回路において、前記回路
基板を熱伝導性の良好なベース材の表面に電気絶
縁膜を施して該電気絶縁膜上に所定の回路パター
ンを形成し、前記貫通孔の内面において前記ベー
ス材を露呈させ、貫通孔に挿入する回路部品の表
面を熱伝導性の良好な膜で被覆し、回路部品の発
熱を回路基板のベース材を介して放熱させるよう
にしたことを特徴とする電子回路。
