- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回路基板の所定位置に形成した貫通孔に回
路部品を挿入し、挿入した回路部品と回路基板の
少なくとも片面に形成された回路パターンとを導
電接続して成る電子回路において、前記回路部品
の周囲に電気絶縁性および耐熱性を有し且つ弾力
性を有する部品保持膜を形成したことを特徴とす
る電子回路。 (2) 前記部品保持膜がすぐれた熱伝導性を有す
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電子回
路。
