- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プリント基板に電子部品が搭載されている
電子機器パツケージにおいて、プリント基板面上
に、電子部品取付け部と、前記電子部品を動作さ
せるためのプリント配線パターン部と、前記電子
部品取付け部および前記プリント配線パターン部
から独立した熱伝導用のプリント接地パターン部
とを有し、前記プリント接地パターン部上に絶縁
された発熱体を配置したことを特徴とする発熱体
を有する電子機器パツケージ。 (2) プリント基板に電子部品が搭載されている
電子機器パツケージにおいて、プリント基板の内
層に、カーボン発熱体による発熱保温用の発熱パ
ターン部を設けたことを特徴とする発熱体を有す
る電子機器パツケージ。
