その外側に同軸的に配設されたガス冷媒管と、こ
れら冷媒液供給管およびガス冷媒管の間に配設さ
れ内径側に熱絶縁材が施された真空層形成管とか
らなる多重管を備え、且つ前記冷媒液供給管によ
り回転子内に形成された極低温冷媒室に冷媒液を
供給して超電導巻線を冷却し、ここで気化された
ガス冷媒を真空層形成管外側のガス冷媒排気管を
通して排気するようにした超電導回転子において
、前記ガス冷媒管の複数箇所を半径方向に貫通し
、且つ前記真空層形成管内に連通させた真空導通
管を設け、この真空導通管を通して前記多重管の
外側から前記真空層形成管の真空排気を可能とし
