れた冷却配管と該冷却配管内に冷媒を流通させる
ための冷媒供給手段とからなると共に上記冷却配
管の外周部に上記吸着箱を設けたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の真空断熱
タンク。 (4) 上記冷媒が上記内槽内に貯蔵されている低
温液体とは独立した低温液体であることを特徴と
