Claims (1)

るとともに、前記中空部を通る冷媒液の気化ガス
によつて冷却されるものにおいて、前記リード外
管に気密に結合されてリード外管の外周に真空断
熱層を形成する外被と、この外被の外周面との間
にシール材を介して軸方向にスライド可能に嵌挿
され絶縁フランジを介して前記低温容器に気密に
固定された気密フランジとを備え、軸方向位置固
定部材により所定挿入深さを保持して低温容器に
固定してなることを特徴とする超電導電磁石のガ
