Claims (1)
したものを入れたヘリウム容器と、その周囲に設
けたふく射シールドと、その外側に設けた真空容
器と、これらを貫通して外部から計測線をヘリウ
ム容器内に導入するサービスポートとを有する超
電導マグネツト装置において、ふく射シールドの
一部分にサービスポート内に突出した伝熱部材を
設け、この伝熱部材に計測線を電気的には絶縁し
熱的には接触させたことを特徴とする超電導マグ
ネツト装置。 (2) ふく射シールドは温度が約80Kの80K
シールドと、約20Kの20Kシールドを2重に
して形成し、計測線はリン脱酸銅線を用いたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の超電導マグネツト装置。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A helium container containing a superconducting magnet immersed in liquid helium, a radiation shield provided around the helium container, a vacuum container provided outside the helium container, and a device that penetrates these.
