図において、1は超電導磁石、2は内槽、3は
液体ヘリウム、4は外槽、5は熱ふく射シールド
、8は超電導体、9は冷却管である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

電導装置。 (4) 超電導体は高温超電導体である実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記
