図において、１は超電導磁石、２は内槽、３は
液体ヘリウム、４は外槽、５は熱ふく射シールド
、８は超電導体、９は冷却管である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

電導装置。 (4) 超電導体は高温超電導体である実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれかに記
