の外ケースの上部には、外ケース内に連通する複
数の筒状支持ポートを適当間隔で立て、この各支
持ポートに上端を固定した支持パイプの下端を前
記液体ヘリウム容器上に連結して、この液体ヘリ
ウム容器を各支持ポートにより吊り下げ、液体ヘ
リウム容器および各支持パイプの外側と、外ケー
スおよび支持ポートの内側間には冷凍機により冷
却した熱シールド板および真空積層断熱材を設け
たことを特徴とする超電導マグネツト用クライオ
