【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明の主題は、自動車用前部座
席、後部ベンチ座席の側方位置若しくは中央位置、又は
適当な場合他の形式の座席のための、自動車用座席ユニ
ットである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及び解決しようとする課題】可動の幼児用
座席（ｃｈｉｌｄ’ｓｓｅａｔｓ）が後部座席の背部に
、又は適当な場合前部座席に慣用手段により取り付けら
れ、幼児が十字ベルト（ｃｒｏｓｓ−ｂｅｌｔ）により
又は帯により保持されることが知られている。このこと
は、自動車の前方衝突の場合に、幼児が自動車の進行方
向へ投げ出されそれ故十字ベルト又は帯により生じる傷
害を被る。更にこれらの慣用の幼児用座席を据え付ける
装置は、その本体に十字ベルト又は帯を係留する点を具
備することを必要とし、これは装置を複雑にし比較的高
価にする。
【０００３】本発明は、それ故、上記の短所を持たない
座席装置を提供することである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によると、座席ユ
ニットは、座席ユニットの前縁に関節結合され前方へ起
立可能な中央部品、該中央部品が座席ユニット内へ折り
畳まれるとき該中央部品を収容するように設計された収
容部、及び該中央部品を起立位置にロックし保持する手
段を含む。
【０００５】本発明の実施例によると、該ロックする手
段は、両端が中央部品上に自由に関節結合されるＵ字形
ヨーク、及び伸縮自在のキャッチ（ｃａｔｃｈ；係合部
材）を含み、該キャッチは、収容部内に固着される突き
合わせ部材に関節結合され、該ヨークを中央部品の対応
する起立位置においてロックするため該キャッチが上げ
られた後、突き合わせ部材に対しヨークの横棒が停止位
置へ達することができる。
【０００６】座席ユニットが起立されるとき後方へ向く
中央部品の面が幼児用座席を取り付ける手段を具備する
故に、この配置は、幼児を座席に座らせる場合の安全性
を大きく増加させる。実際、幼児を既に座席に座らせて
いたときに前方衝突した場合、幼児は自動車の進行方向
に投げ出され、幼児は十字ベルト又は帯によりこれまで
には起こされた傷害を受けない。
【０００７】更に、幼児用座席を起立された中央部品の
後面に取り外し可能に固着する手段の配置は、装置本体
に帯のための定着点を用意する必要を無くする。
【０００８】本発明のその他の特定の特徴及び利点は、
添付の図面を参照する以下の記述から明らかになるであ
ろう。添付の図面は、本発明の１実施例を非限定的な事
例により示す。

【実施例】図１に示される自動車の後部長座席１は、３
個の座席ユニット２、３、４を含む。側方座席ユニット
４は、座席ユニット４の前縁に横軸６のまわりに間接結
合される中央部品５を具備され、図１乃至図３に見られ
るように前方へ起立され得る。
【００１０】座席ユニット４内に中央部品５を折り畳み
姿勢において受け入れるように設計される収容部７が形
成され、収容部７は、中間傾斜面７ａを備え、この目的
のために適当に輪郭付けられる。
【００１１】座席ユニットは、中央部品５を起立位置に
ロックし保持する手段を含む。図示される事例において
、ロックし保持する手段はＵ字形ヨーク８を含み、ヨー
ク８の両端は起立し得る中央部品５のラグ９に自由に関
節結合される。ロックする手段は、補足し合う態様の伸
縮可能なキャッチ１１を含む。キャッチ１１は突き合わ
せ部材１２上の軸１３のまわりに関節結合される。突き
合わせ部材１２は収容部７に軸６から遠く離間しないと
ころに固着される。突き合わせ部材１２に対し、キャッ
チ１１が上昇された後に、ヨーク８の横棒８ａが停止位
置へ来ることができる。中央部品５は、このようにして
、上昇位置に保持されロックされる。
【００１２】有利には、ロック手段は、ヨーク８をロッ
クする位置へキャッチ１１を戻す弾性機構を含む。図示
の事例としての実施例においては、この戻し弾性機構は
、ばね１４を含み、ばね１４の一端は、突き合わせ部材
１２と軸６の間で収容部７の底に固着される。ばね１４
の他端は、キャッチ１１の横棒８ａと係合する端部と反
対の端部１１ａを押圧し、キャッチ１１のこの後端を常
に横棒８ａをロックする位置へ押す。
【００１３】収容部７の内側へ折られる折り畳み位置に
おいて、中央部品５のヨーク８は、収容部７の底に自由
に置かれ（図４）、このヨーク８は、収容部７の中間傾
斜面７ａにほぼ平行であり、水平方向に傾斜する。
【００１４】中央部品５が起立される（図４の矢印Ｆ）
とき、中央部品５は、横棒８ａまで、軸６のまわりに傾
斜する。横棒８ａは、中間傾斜面７ａ上を摺動し、キャ
ッチ１１を上昇させ、突き合わせ部材１２に対する停止
する位置へ達し、それにより中央部品５を前方へ起立さ
れた位置へ固定する。この操作の間に、キャッチ１１は
、ばね１４の戻し力に抗して上昇され、次にばね１４は
再びキャッチ１１を図２に示される位置へ傾斜させ、そ
の位置においてばね１４は横棒８ａ及びヨーク８を突き
合わせ部材１２上に固定する。中央部品５の後方を向く
面が、幼児用座席１５を固着する手段、例えば座席１５
の背面に固着される横棒１６にかみ合うフック、を具備
する故に、極めて簡単な方法で座席１５を起立された部
分の所定位置に置くことが可能である。
【００１５】このようにして、中央部品５が起立可能な
座席ユニット４を備えることは、幼児用座席１５を固着
する装置を中央部品の後部に据え付けることを可能にし
、これまで使用されてきた幼児用座席の慣用の帯のため
の本体に特に作られる定着点に頼る必要なしに、効果的
であり急速な使用と接近することを可能にする。
【００１６】中央部品５が折り畳まれるとき、搭乗者の
快適さは、慣用の座席ユニット４に比較し、決して影響
されない。何故なら、中央部品５をロックしそして座席
１５を固着する装置は、極めて小形であり、それ故、僅
かのスペース取り、座席の発泡体又は詰め物の厚さは、
従来の座席の厚さと同じである。
【００１７】最後に、既述のように、幼児用座席が前方
ではなく後方を向くことは、前方衝突の場合の幼児の安
全を増加する。
【００１８】種々の固着手段が幼児用座席１５を中央部
品５に取り付けるために用いられ得る。同様に上述のも
のと同様の任意の他のロック手段、例えばロック手段の
キャッチ１１に代えて弾性戻し機構なしのラッチ、が用
いられ得る。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　自動車用座席ユニット（４）にして、
    座席ユニットの前縁に関節結合され前方へ起立可能な中
    央部品（５）、該中央部品が座席ユニット内へ折り畳ま
    れるとき該中央部品を収容するように設計された収容部
    （７）、及び該中央部品を起立位置にロックし保持する
    手段（８、８ａ、１２）を含み、この起立可能な中央部
    品が幼児用座席を受けることを特徴とする座席ユニット
    。
  2. 【請求項２】　　請求項１の座席ユニットにして、該ロ
    ックする手段は、両端が中央部品（５）上に自由に関節
    結合されるＵ字形ヨーク（８）、及び伸縮自在のキャッ
    チ（１１）を含み、該キャッチは、収容部（７）内に固
    着される突き合わせ部材（１２）に関節結合され、該ヨ
    ークを中央部品の対応する起立位置においてロックする
    ため該キャッチが上げられた後、突き合わせ部材に対し
    ヨーク（８）の横棒（８ａ）が停止位置へ達することが
    できることを特徴とする座席ユニット。
  3. 【請求項３】　　請求項２の座席ユニットにして、ロッ
    ク手段は、ヨーク（８）を停止させる位置へキャッチ（
    １１）を戻す弾性機構（１４）を含み、弾性機構の一端
    は、収容部（７）の底に固着され、他端はキャッチ（１
    １）に押圧力を加えることを特徴とする座席ユニット。
