ｂは導電路、６ａ，６ｂはリード端子固着用パツ
ド、７はヒートシンク、１０は枠部、１１は係止
部、１２は外部接続部材、１３は突出部、１４は
補強部、１５は金属製リード、１６はナツト、１
７は封止樹脂、１８はネジ、２０はマザー基板で
ある。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 二枚の混成集積回路基板を対向配置する混
    成集積回路のケース材において、 前記一の基板に固着されたリード端子を実質的
    に当接させる外部接続部材を少なくとも一側辺に
    設け、 その外部接続部材の側面あるいは上面に前記リ
    ード端子と外部回路の接続用端子を螺嵌固定する
    螺嵌部材が配置されたことを特徴とする混成集積
    回路のケース材。 (2) 前記ケース材は枠状に形成されたことを特
    徴とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路のケース材
    。 (3) 前記螺嵌部材はナツトを用いたことを特徴
    とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路のケース材。
