  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定光をビームスプリツタで分割して固定鏡
    と移動鏡とにそれぞれ照射し、その固定鏡からの
    反射光と上記移動鏡からの反射光とを上記ビーム
    スプリツタで合波して干渉させるマイケルソン干
    渉計において、 上記ビームスプリツタで合波されて２つの方向
    に出射する干渉光の一方を受光する短波長受光素
    子と、上記２つの方向に出射する干渉光の他方を
    受光する長波長受光素子とが設けられていること
    を特徴とするマイケルソン干渉計の受光器。
