Claims (1)
- 入射赤外光束を２方向に分けるビームスプリツ
タと、このビームスプリツタで分岐された一方の
光束を反射させる固定鏡と、他方の光束を反射さ
せる摺動可能な走査鏡と、この走査鏡の位置を測
定するために用いられるリフアレンス光源とを具
備し、前記固定鏡で反射された光束と前記走査鏡
で反射された光束との光路差から生じる干渉光の
強度を検出し、前記入射赤外光束の各波長の信号
強度を検出する赤外放射計において、前記リフア
レンス光源より出射される光束の光路中に、前記
リフアレンス光源の光軸に対して所定の角度傾い
て配置された互いに向いあう２枚の反射鏡よりな
るフアブリペローエタロンを挿入したことを特徴
とする赤外放射計。
