Claims (1)
- 拡散光線を出射する光源と、前記光源から出射
される拡散光線の光軸に対して受光面が所定の角
度とされ前記拡散光線の振幅を２分割して拡散光
線をそれぞれ透過及び反射させるハーフミラーと
、前記ハーフミラーでの透過拡散光線又は反射拡
散光線の一方の光路上に設置され拡散光線を収束
光線として前記ハーフミラー方向へ反射させる凹
面鏡と、前記凹面鏡で反射されかつ前記ハーフミ
ラーを透過した収束光線の集光位置へ配置され入
射された光線を前記ハーフミラー方向へ反射させ
て前記ハーフミラーでの透過拡散光線又は反射拡
散光線の他方と重ね合わせる平面ミラーと、を有
する光波干渉計。
