Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ビームスプリツタによりレーザビームを測
    定対象の移動体の方向の測定ビームと、これに直
    角方向の参照ビームに分割し、該測定ビームを該
    移動体に設けられた再帰性の測定ミラーにより反
    射し、該反射された測定ビームと参照ミラーによ
    り反射された上記参照ビームと合成することによ
    り生ずる干渉縞を検出して上記移動体の移動変位
    を測定するレーザ測長器において、上記ビームス
    プリツタと上記測定ミラーの間に、上記測定ビー
    ムを少なくとも２往復させる補助ミラーを設けた
    ことを特徴とする、レーザ測長器。 (2) 上記測定ビームを充分小さい直径のものと
    し、複数回往復する上記測定ビームに対して、そ
    れぞれに対応するキユーブコーナー形の再帰性反
    射面を有する上記測定ミラーと、複数の直角プリ
    ズムを組み合わせて構成された上記補助ミラーと
    を有する、請求項１記載のレーザ測長器。
