- レーザー光を測定範囲の幅でスキヤンさせ、被
測定物が光をさえぎつた時に、影となる部分の幅
を測る方式のレーザー外径測定機において、レー
ザー光の光束の面を２つ、光の進行方向に平行に
設置した事を特徴とする二光式レーザー外径測定
機。
