Claims (1)
- 被計測装置に取付けたボアサイトの後方にボア
サイト軸に平行に配設された光源と、上記ボアサ
イトの前方に配置され適宜のスリツト間隔を有す
るスリツトと、上記ボアサイトに対向するトラン
シツトにトランシツト軸と直交して配設された光
源及び同光源の前方に配置され上記ボアサイト側
スリツトと同一スリツト間隔を有するスリツトと
、同スリツトに対向し上記トランシツトの軸上に
収納されたハーフミラーと、上記トランシツトの
光出口位置の側部に設けられた計測窓とを具えた
ことを特徴とする光干渉式トランシツト装置。
