Claims (1)
- 投光部と、前記投光部からの光が被計測位置に
よつて反射されたときのその反射光を受光する差
動形光電池体を有する受光部とからなり、前記差
動形光電池の出力によつて前記被計測位置の基準
位置からの距離を計測する位置計測装置において
、前記受光部をその受光角が調整できるように回
動自在としてなる位置計測装置。
