Claims (1)
- ２個のプリズムを組合わせてハーフミラー面を
形成し、該ハーフミラー面に関して略点対称位置
に離隔して配置された二物体からの入射光を、上
記ハーフミラー面で入射光と直交する同一方向に
反射するプリズム構体と、該プリズム構体を固定
支持し、ハーフミラー面による反射光の軸方向に
開口する透光孔を有する筒状の第１ホルダと、該
第１ホルダを、プリズム構体の反射光軸を回転中
心として回転自在に軸支する第２ホルダと、該第
２ホルダを、プリズム構体の入射光軸及び反射光
軸と直交する方向に沿う該プリズム構体の中心軸
を回転中心として回転自在に軸支する支持フレー
ムとを含むことを特徴とするプリズム調整装置。
