Claims (1)
- 光素子と、この光素子を保持するホルダと、上
記光素子と対向する位置に設けられ接続用光フア
イバのフエルールを嵌合させる為のレセプタクル
と、上記フエルールの光軸方向の位置決め用のス
トツパと、上記光素子と上記レセプタクルを結ぶ
光軸上に配設したロツドレンズと、このロツドレ
ンズを保持するためのホルダを主要構成品とする
光半導体モジユールにおいて、上記ストツパのフ
エルールとの接触面を、上記レセプタクルのフエ
ルールとの嵌合穴に対し直角にならないように角
度を持たせたことを特徴とする光半導体モジユー
ル。
