Claims (1)
- 光半導体素子と、前記光半導体素子を搭載する
ステムと、前記ステムを封止するキヤツプと、フ
アイバと、前記光半導体素子と前記フアイバとの
光学的結合を行うレンズとを少くとも有する光半
導体モジユールにおいて、前記ステムに搭載した
前記光半導体素子を気密封止する前記キヤツプの
窓部に前記レンズを固定し、前記キヤツプ上面部
でスライドリングを介して前記フアイバを光半導
体素子と光学的に結合・固定した光半導体モジユ
ール。
