- 半導体光素子と、前記半導体光素子の光軸上に
配置されたロツドレンズと、前記ロツドレンズを
保持するレンズホルダと、光フアイバを挿入する
ための孔を有するスリーブとを備えた光素子モジ
ユールにおいて、前記ロツドレンズとスリーブの
孔との間に、封止用ガラスを配置し、尚且つ、前
記半導体光素子とロツドレンズを光素子モジユー
ル筺体外部と気密構造にしたことを特徴とする光
素子モジユール。
