号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 半導体受光素子又は半導体発光素子と、ガラス
板に誘電体多層膜を蒸着した波長フイルタ板とを
備え、前記半導体受光素子又は半導体発光素子と
光フアイバとが光学的結合する構造を有し、さら
に前記波長フイルタ板の誘電体多層膜面が前記半
導体受光素子又は半導体発光素子の方向を向いて
いて、前記半導体受光素子又は半導体発光素子と
前記波長フイルタ板の誘電体多層膜面が一つの気
密構造内にあることとを特徴とする光半導体素子
モジユール。
