断面図である。 図において、１１は発光ダイオード素子、１２はヒート
シンク、１３は凸レンズ状透明体、１４は反射鏡、１５
はステム、１９はキャップ、２０はガラス板を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステムと、前記ステム上に固着され表面に凸レンズ状に
    透明体が配設された発光ダイオード素子と、前記ステム
    上に前記発光ダイオード素子を覆って配設され光透過用
    開口を備えたキャップと、前記ステムとキャップとに挾
    持されて前記透明体をその側面方向で囲繞する反射鏡と
    を備えてなることを特徴とする発光ダイオード装置。
