- 被測定物を固定する固定具と、上記被測定物を
介して光源と受光部を対向配置したアームと、こ
のアームを上記被測定物に沿つて移動させる移動
機構と、上記アームの移動位置を検出する位置検
出器とを具備したことを特徴とする光学式寸法測
定装置。
