Claims (1)
- 被測定物に光を照射し、その透過光又は反射光
を測定する装置において、照射側及び／又は受光
側の光フアイバを用いて光を導くとともに、先端
面が被測定物に対向させられる光フアイバの先端
に光路を曲げる光学素子を設けたことを特徴とす
る測定装置。
