  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主弁の入口ポートと出口ポート間の主弁座を開
    閉する弁体の背後に、圧力作用室を区画形成し、
    該圧力作用室を、入口オリフイスと該入口オリフ
    イスより開口面積の大きい出口オリフイスによつ
    て入口ポートと出口ポートにそれぞれ連通させ、
    パイロツト弁による出口オリフイスの開閉で圧力
    作用室の流体を給排して弁体を開閉動作させるパ
    イロツト形２ポート弁において、 上記入口ポートと圧力作用室とを連通させる流
    路に、圧力作用室から入口ポートへの流体の流出
    を阻止する逆止弁を設けた、 ことを特徴とする逆止弁付きパイロツト形２ポー
    ト弁。
