Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空にすべきチヤンバーと真空ポンプとの間に
設けられるバルブであつて、 上流側が上記チヤンバーに接続され、下流側が
上記真空ポンプに接続される主流路と、 上記主流路にその上流側に向けて設けられた主
弁座と、 上記主弁座に接離すべくこの主弁座に向けて進
退可能に設けられた主弁体と、 上記主弁体にその上流側と下流側とを連通する
ように形成された副流路と、 上記副流路にその上流側に向けて設けられた副
弁座と、 上記副弁座に接離すべくこの副弁座に向けて進
退可能に設けられた副弁体と、 上記副弁体に結合され、この副弁体を進退せし
めるとともに、この副弁体を介して主弁体を進退
せしめるための弁棒と、 上記弁棒を駆動するものであつて、主弁体の上
流側と下流側との圧力差が所定値以上のときには
副弁体のみを開弁せしめ、前記圧力差が所定値以
下になると主弁体を開弁せしめるよう、開弁方向
の駆動力が設定されている弁棒駆動手段と、 を備えていることを特徴とする真空ポンプ用バ
ルブ。
