Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガス圧と背圧力との力関係で変位するダイ
    ヤフラム１と、このダイヤフラムに取付けられて
    ガス出口４への通路を開閉する主弁体２、及びダ
    イヤフラムの応動を磁力の反発力又は吸引力によ
    り外的にコントロールする電磁機構５とよりなる
    ガス制御弁において、ガス入口３から一次圧側を
    迂回して２次圧側へ通ずるバイパス通路６を設け
    るとともに、そのバイパス通路に第２ダイヤフラ
    ム７と第２の弁体８とよりなる小流量調整用ガス
    ガバナ９を設けてなることを特徴とするガス比例
    制御弁。 (2) 主弁体２と小流量調整用ガバナの第２の弁
    体８とを相対する方向に設けた請求項１記載のガ
    ス比例制御弁。
