Claims (1)
- 流体の流路を開閉する流路開閉用電磁弁におい
て、前記電磁弁を流路開閉用のポペツト弁と軸力
バランス用のバランスピストンとにより構成し、
ポペツト弁の弁座部の有効受圧面積Ａ１とバラン
スピストンの有効受圧面積Ａ２との関係がＡ１≒
Ａ２となるように設定するとともに、該バランス
ピストンによりポペツト弁上流側の圧力が導かれ
る圧力室を画成し、ポペツト弁の閉弁時における
上、下流側の圧力差によつて発生する軸力をバラ
ンスピストンによつてバランスさせるようにした
ことを特徴とする流路開閉用電磁弁。
