Claims (1)
- 流体の流入口及び流出口を有する流路を内部に
形成すると共に、弁体が配置される弁室を流路途
中に設けた弁胴と、前記弁室の流入口に通じる流
路に形成された弁座と、前記弁胴に一体化され、
弁体を弁座に向けて付勢する押圧力調整可能な弾
圧手段とを具備し、弁体の押圧力と流体の圧力と
を対応させて流路の開閉を行うようにしたことを
特徴とする逆止弁付減圧バルブ。
